COMPANY POLICY, WARRANTY AND CANCELLATION FEES
Here at Acme Cleaning Service we have
strict policies for all to abide by

Warranty service
We are a 100% customer Satisfaction guaranteed
company. OUR customer must be satisfied, if a
customer in unhappy with any part of there
cleaning they must notify us with in a
24 hour
period
of the cleaning and we will return to fix the
problem in a reasonable amount of time with in 48
to 72 hours.
At no time will any money be
refunded, we are a guaranteed service
Cancellation Fees

if a residential customer gives a 2 week notice of a
cancellation there will be no fees charged to there
account, BUT if a customer cancels on a regular basis
they will be charge the next level up on the cleaning
schedule IE weekly customers canceling often will be
charge the rate of the bi monthly or monthly cleaning
service cost which ever applies

IF NO NOTICE IS GIVEN and we roll on a job (go to
customers location to clean) and we are turned away
at the door and no notice of cancellation is given
prior to the cleaning the customer is liable and will
have  to
pay 50% (cancellation fee) of that cleaning
invoice (or $50 which ever is greater) for the
scheduled cleaning that day. There are no exceptions
to this rule so please be kind and if you need to
cancel please give us  2 weeks advance notice

Conditions of cleaning

All homes must be Air Conditioned in hot weather and heated in cold weather,
Acme will clean under the conditions of no heat or Air Conditioning when disclosed
to Acme prior to arrival and Acme will have the right to increase fees if these
conditions are not met.

Blinds, window sills and wood trim cleaning are not guaranteed but will be cleaned
to the best of our ability

Residential Checklist
The residential checklist is for homes that are regularly cleaned and in an "kept up"
condition this is at Acmes discretion. We can still clean properties that have not
been on a regular cleaning regimen  but you must disclose this to Acme at the time
we are completing the phone interview. Homes that have not been cleaned for
over a month will incurred these charges.
Commercial customer;
Acme will fix any issues within a
reasonable amount of time normally
being between 48 and 72 hours

Apartment turnovers; issues will be fix
with 24 and 48 hours
